Zoning Certificates:
*PLEASE NOTE: Article 5, Sec. 5.1 of the Zoning Ordinance requires that “No property shall be used, and no building or structure or portion thereof shall be located, erected, constructed, reconstructed, extended, enlarged, converted, or structurally altered, except in conformance with the regulations of [the] Zoning Ordinance.”
A Zoning Certificate must be issued by the Planning and Zoning Administrator to indicate compliance with the Zoning Ordinance.
For Fences, Residential Professional Uses, and Yard Sale signage, special requirements and forms must be used. See below for forms and instructions.
